How do I join your email list?
We would love you to join our email list.  This list is only used to notify you of special sales, free shipping offers, where you can find us, and new product introductions.  Our list is NEVER sold.  Please sign up on the homepage to start receiving your special deal emails immediately.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is a FLAT RATE of $5.00 for the entire order.

How long will it take to ship the order?
Most internet orders will ship within 5-7 days.  If for some reason you need it sooner, please contact us at threegirlygirlz.com and we can see if it is possible.

Are my transactions secure?
Our website is on a secure server.  The transfer of information between you and 3girlygirlzbowtique.com is protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, the highest standard of encryption technology available on the Internet.  It encrypts all of your information (credit card number, name and address) so that the information cannot be intercepted or read as it travels over the Internet.

What is your return policy?
Our products are custom made for each individual order, unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect and/or an error of our making.

Do you charge a sales tax?
A 7% sales tax will be added to all orders shipped to Illinois residents only.

Do you accept custom orders on all your products?
ABSOLUTELY.  We want you to find the perfect bow for the outfits of your girly girl.  You have the ability to custom order anything on the website or ask for a special request based on items from the website.  We will do everything we can to create a beautiful custom made piece. 

When you send us an email through the comments section with your order, we will then email you an invoice.  After we receive payment, we will ship your custom made girly girlz accessories.

Do you accept custom orders on the Girly Girlz Girly Packs?
Unfortunately, no.  In order to get your girly pack gift shipped in a timely fashion, we ask that you only choose items that already appear on our website. 

Are the ribbon ends heat treated to prevent fraying?
Yes, all ribbon ends are heat treated to prevent from fraying.  Occasionally, after repeated use, ends may become frayed.  You can use a lighter and gently re-seal the ends for extended use.

Do you have other payment options besides Paypal?
Although paypal is a fast and easy way to pay, we also accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
